Western New Age Energy Focuses on Green Energy Development

Seven famous private companies established a joint venture company to enter the new energy industry. The new company, Western New Age Energy Investment Co., Ltd. will focus on developing green clean energy, specifically the use of clean coal energy.

The registered capital of Western New Age Energy is 1 billion RMB. Inner Mongolia Yili Energy Company Limited contributed 60 million RMB, holding 20% of the shares. Elion Resources Group contributed 45 million RMB, holding 15%. China Oceanwide contributed 45 million RMB, holding 15%. Dalian Wanda Group contributed 45 million RMB, holding 15%. Sichuan Hongda Group contributed 45 million RMB, holding 15%. Transfar of Zhejiang province contributed 45 million RMB, holding 15%. Shanghai JuneYao Group contributed 15 millon RMB, holding 5%.

Yili Energy stated that Western New Age Energy will promote the idea of green living development. Clean coal energy industry is a long-term development strategy.
